Return & Refund Policy

Xidlz offers a hassle-free 7-day return policy. We're committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. However, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to our error.

We strive to deliver a product that closely matches your order. To ensure accuracy, we provide a detailed preview option before you finalize your purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to review and verify all details, including spelling, alignment, and the placement of pictures or text, before confirming the order.

Return Conditions

• All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with order ID, photographic evidence, and reason for return.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
• Products must be returned in substantially the same condition as purchased, with tags intact and in original packaging.
• Refunds will only be provided if the product received is completely different from what was ordered, damaged, defective, or has printing issues.
• The returned product must reach us within 7 days of initiating the return request.
• The buyer is responsible for covering the postal charges for returning the product.

Offers & Discounts

Cashback Offer

• The cashback offer amount will not be credited to your bank. Instead, it will be added to your Xidlz wallet for future purchases.
• The cashback amount will be credited within 24 hours of order delivery.
• The cashback amount must be used within one year from the date of accrual, otherwise it will expire.
• Xidlz reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer without prior notice.

Referral Program

• Invite friends and family using your unique 'Send Invite' link.
• New users receive a flat ₹75 discount on their registration and first order.
• Once their order is completed, you'll receive ₹100 in your Xidlz wallet.
• All invited users must be completely new to Xidlz and should not have used the platform before.

Termination & Indemnification
